1. These terms apply to all items supplied by SL Moblie, operating as Japan’s #1 Hot Sauce (“we,” “us,” “our” or “Japan’s #1 Hot Sauce ”). If you have any questions concerning your purchase, please contact us here. We reserve the right to change these terms of sale at any time.

1.1 All products are subject to availability. If the products you have ordered are not in stock within 30 days from the date we receive your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. 

1.2 All products will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order. Delivery time is subject to product availability. Any charges and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

1.3 If any items arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged item free of charge. We will aim to send out a replacement the same day where possible. There will be no need to send back the damaged item.

1.4 As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any items you order are unavailable. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible here. If we have already processed your order, it may not be possible to cancel. 

1.5 We reserve the right to cancel the order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered, or we do not deliver to your country. If we do cancel your order, we will inform you by email and re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order. 

1.6 All products are not be eligible for return.

1.7 Japan’s #1 Hot Sauce is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. Japan’s #1 Hot Sauce is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal.

3. These terms of sale will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Visitors purchasing products through our online store will be asked to provide personal information that may include your email address, name, delivery address, a valid credit card number, expiration date, and CSC. This information allows us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
